How To Create a Template with Google Apps

Google Apps is a free productivity service that lets you create websites and documents, and it offers you a Gmail account and Google calendar. It is a good way to share documents among a team if you have a school or small business project and need to share information or resources. As part of the Sites module, you can create a template site that other users can use to create sites. If you use the Apps for business, only users on your domain can use your template. If you use the free Apps, anyone with a free app account can see and use the template.
